New actors often think an agent is an answer is to all their problems. Once you have an agent, will you make it big? Nope. There is still a lot of hard work ahead. An agent will help but it is still up to you to work hard and make opportunities for yourself. An agent is part of the team but you need to be the one out there creating work for yourself and making connections.
